what. Gentaroukitaa has arrived. Typical freaking out/excitement.

'You said you'd accept anything from a friend, right?'
'Then take this and die, Kisaragi!'
'Sakuta..!'
'Ryusei-kun..'
'Why...?'
'Kisaragi! Kisaragi!!! Sakuta, you bastard!'
Cold. Gentarou was faintly aware of the chill in his body, like a thousand icy fingers racing across his skin. There was a buzzing in his ears as well, and his head throbbed horrifically. Lights popped up behind his eyelids, like tiny shooting stars flashing on and off. Hardly surprising really, considering the last thing he could remember.
Taking a deep breath, Gentarou attempted to move his right arm. The weight of it pulled at his body, as though the muscles had been severed. Ryusei had really done a number on him to leave him like this. Gritting his teeth, the Rider tried again, this time succeeding in bringing an arm up over his eyes. The small lights dimmed, leaving Gentarou alone in the cool dark, though the buzzing sound still plagued his ears. It was growing louder, so much so that he began to pick out voices. Strange voices.
Pulling out his strength reserves, Gentarou forced himself to roll onto his side, face rubbing against cold metal grating. Well. That would explain the chill (well, more so than just shaking off death...). It was strange, however. They had been in a warehouse... he, Ryusei, and the rest of the KRC. There hadn't been any grating... only concrete. Furthermore, even if they had left there, the only place the others would think to take him would be the Hatch - and this felt distinctly out of place for the moon base as well.
So. Where was he?
Wincing, the Rider forced himself to open his eyes, blinking at the blur of color. At first, he thought he had been mistaken. There, out the window, was the vastness of space. Maybe he was at the Rabbit Hatch after all. Or so he thought until his eyes took in more of the area.... and it's inhabitants. Strange creatures walked a short distance away, some chatting, others looking particularly unpleasant. Though a rational person may have been frightened or worried, Gentarou's first thoughts were: 'Oh man, Yuuki would love this place.' And his second was only of his goal: More friends.
It would have to wait, however. If the KRC was... where-ever he was - Gentarou needed to find them. Knowing his friends, Ryusei would be beating himself up, Kengo would be tsuning all over the place, and the others... well. Needless to say, everyone would need him for something, and he would be there for all of them.

Today happened to be one of the days where he passed through the landing zone on his way home from work, feeling even more tired than usual. The events of the last few weeks were really taking their toll on him. There was too much to think about or worry about. All he wanted to do anymore was sleep and avoid dealing with it, but it was something he knew he couldn't do.
Kengo kept one hand in his pocket as he walked, head down and watching the ground. The only thing that snapped him out of it was looking up to listen to a panicked Asari talking to someone about needing to get off Omega as soon as possible. And past her... No. He had to have imagined it.
Except... there was the familiar face he'd spent three months looking for, the appearance so familiar that it made Kengo's stomach twist. It was the same outfit he'd told everyone to look out for. It couldn't be real. This couldn't be happening. As much as he'd wanted to see him again -- how much he'd tried to keep his hope alive since arriving -- Kengo had no idea how he was going to deal with finally seeing his friend again.
"Kisaragi..." Kengo could already feel his body shaking, tears in his eyes. It had to be a lie. He'd seen his friend die, held his body and felt how cold he was. This had to be some sort of trick... But he couldn't even move to approach the other yet, his mind still trying to process what was going on.

Leaning his body against the wall for a moment, his eyes looked out on the area, getting a better view from his new position. It was clearly not the Hatch, as he had already known. No where on the Amanogawa or Subaraboshi campuses either. And the creatures...
Had he woken up in a cosplay event? If so, the judges were going to have a heck of a time picking a winner. They weren't from any video game or anime he knew of, but each was equally impressive. There was a small group of petite blue skinned girls - but instead of hair they had... tentacles? That was some impressive cover up for the wig...
A short distance away there were a pair of huge guys. The prosthetics on their backs had to weigh a ton. A little ways away from them was another blue skinned girl and then a human boy.
A familiar looking human boy.
His smile widening, Gentarou lifted a hand in a semi energetic wave, pushing off from the wall with a small bit of pain. "Oiii! Kengo!"

Taking a deep breath, Kengo formed his hands into fists, squeezed, held, and then released, trying to keep himself calm even though he was clearly crying. Everything he'd been trying to push down for so long was coming back up and he wasn't sure how to deal with it.
"Kisaragi! Prove to me it's you."

Slowly lowering his hand, the dark haired boy frowned across the platform at the now crying technician. This wouldn't do at all. Wincing slightly at a pain in his side Gentarou moved closer, only to halt again at Kengo's words. Prove it? Well, with Zodiarts that had the ability to alter their form, he supposed that would make sense... especially given the point that he was supposed to be dead.
Closing the space between them, Gentarou reached forward and grasped Kengo's hand, forcing it into the familiar motions of Kisaragi's signature friendship handshake. "You didn't think a little fight with Ryusei would actually keep me down, did you?"

At the familiar feel of the handshake, Kengo took a deep breath, a small laugh leaving him that was mixed in with his crying. Even if it wasn't him... Something like this, with that much energy, couldn't really be someone else, could it?
Kengo waited until Gentarou finished with his trademark handshake, then immediately dove forward and tightly wrapped his arms around the other boy's waist. Within seconds, Kengo broke down completely, sobbing into Gentarou's shoulder as he tightly grasped at the back of the other's jacket.

Lifting his hand, Gentarou placed it on top of Kengo's head, mussing his hair slightly. "Oi, calm down," he murmured against Kengo's head. "I'm not dead, you should be happy, right?" he suggested, letting his hand go down while the other traveled upward to give the other boy a firm hug.
