[ooc: This an open clinic post for Mordin! It doesn't matter what time your character shows up he'll be there! People just wanting to talk to Mordin are welcome to bug him too. Action spam or prose, doesn't matter.]

There was no shortage of people that needed the expert opinion of a medical doctor on Omega. It just so happened, Mordin was also one of the best and even though his clinic was still growing; it was busy at times. There were a number of his assistants bustling about at any given time but that was good. It meant there was business and it meant people were being helped.

Mordin was almost always in his clinic. He spent a grand total of two hours sleeping and some days, well, it just didn't happen. There were more important things to do than waste time asleep. The people of Omega needed him and there was always since to be done. He was always open to conversation and visitors so long as he wasn't with a patient.

So here he is, if anyone needs him, muttering under his breath about some science thing or another.

Yes, partially. Most were from escape attempts that weren't coordinated well enough. [She'll follow him into the back room and do her best to explain the injuries.]

Primarily I'm worried about infection, I've been taking care of most of the wounds but the cut here seems to still be getting worse despite my attempts at cleaning it and applying medi-gel.

[Then she'll undo some of the bandages on her arms to give him an idea of some of the rather ugly looking half-healed burns she has on her.]

Adjutants caused number of difficulties with residents. Escaped with life. Some not so lucky.

[He's happy you're not dead.

Mordin nods as he inspects the cut and then the burns on her on arms.]

Sometimes difficult to clean injuries on self. Need to be certain done properly. Will clean out again, apply antibiotic bonding agent. Should seal out infection. Burns require further care. Gentle cleaning. Have salve to stimulate healing.

I think anything at this point would be a great help, I'd prefer not to have more scars than this war has already put on me.

Most likely. Need not concern yourself with scaring. Should be fine.

[Mordin shrugs and turns to draw a pan of warm water and soap. Primitive maybe, but it gets the job done better than some of the fancier sprays they're trying to pass on as replacements.]

[Liara will sit tight and only wince a little when he cleans the wounds with the soap. She's grateful to him that he is running the clinic and helping people as best he can.]

Thank you, Mordin, I'm sure that there are more people that owe you their lives than you realize just by having this clinic here.

[For all his abruptness and quick movements, Mordin can be surprisingly gentle. Of course, cleaning the wound in general won't be pleasant. He'll have to be rougher than most people would like him to be but if he's too nice in his scrubbing the risk of infection increases.]

Chose Omega originally because of need. Dangerous place. Full of misfortune. Plenty of clinics elsewhere. Could save more with better equipment. Working on it.

[She knows it needs to be done, so she'll sit still and let him work. She's had worse in letting Shepard patch her up after missions before.]

If it's equipment that you need I can see if there is any available on the station. Even if it's basic supplies, I can see if there might be some deals I can make for information.
