intro log
who. everyone!
what. entering omega.
where. landing pads
when. today
warnings. none for now
You’re not sure how it happened.
A minute ago, you had somewhere to go, someplace to be. Maybe something important to do, or maybe you were just going out to buy groceries. Whatever it was, it doesn’t matter anymore.
You’re in some kind of transport -- a shuttle, given the turbulence and the sounds outside. You’re surrounded by strangers, some of whom might not even be the same species you are. There’s no point in asking. They don’t know how they got here either. The cockpit’s blocked off, like someone forgot to put in a door, and not even a glance at your omni-tool -- a holographic interface accessible by merely tapping the sensor on your left arm -- is any help.
You’ve only got a minute or so before the shuttle starts descending. There aren’t any windows -- this doesn’t look like a shuttle meant for long trips. When it finally touches down, the doors open automatically.
Before you are landing pads, abandoned equipment scattered about. There are other shuttles landing, and whether you like it or not, you’re going to have to get off before yours dumps you out the door. Turn around, and you’re met with a hazy skyline, only half the buildings seem to be coming from above.
Welcome to Omega.
ooc notes
You’re free to expand past the landing area, but please start all threads here. Please remember that your character will not have housing until Aria makes a post granting it; it’ll be on
outsiders and linked here when it goes up.

Re: open
Either you're screwing with me or you really don't recognize me, Garrus.
[Gonna use his name here to see if that jogs any thing in that turian brain.]
Re: open
The latter.
Which leads me to wonder why the hell you think you know me.
Re: open
[Just going to fold his arms and shift his weight and look as nonchalant as ever.]
Starting to wonder if there's something wrong with the color blue since Liara didn't recognize me at first either.
[The rest of the crew knows him what's wrong with you two :I ]
Re: open
[DOWN.]
[Honestly? He's not even fazed by this shit anymore.]
Okay, what's your story, then?
Re: open
[That about sums it up, right?]
Name's Shepard.
Re: open
You know, when people try to impersonate Shepard, the least they do is get her gender right.
Re: open
[Aw, don't growl, man. It's a good thing Shepard doesn't take it personally that one of his oldest friends doesn't recognize. Stings a little, but it's not Garrus' fault of course.]
Liara almost shot me, and Jack was disappointed I didn't have a 'great rack' anymore.
Re: open
Prove it to me, then.
Re: open
Heard from Sidonis lately?
[How's that? Will that work?]
Re: open
[Which is exactly what he does when he aims a punch straight for Shepard's face]
[Sure the context is different, but screw that today has SUCKED]
Re: open
He stumbles back a bit and rubs at his jaw while holding up his free hand as a sign of surrender.]
Damn, Garrus... you hit like Vega. Alright, alright, poor choice of words there. Just trying to jog your memory. Hell.
Re: open
[He steps back, though]
And I hit better than Vega.
Re: open
No objections here. [Also, he points a little as he stands back up straight.] And everybody gets one, alright?
[One punch, okay. He can't take it on the chin all the time from you fuckers.]
Re: open
Re: open
The fact I can take a punch and more should at least be a little hint that I'm Shepard.
Re: open
I don't like it, but I believe you. For what it's worth.
