who. characters on the list here.
what. investigation of the shuttle debris + omega - 4 relay
where. SPACE! aka the debris field and omega - 4 relay
when. backdated to last friday (june 7)
warnings. There will be spacewalks. Any number of things can go wrong. 8D
Assembling together a team of disjointed volunteers was nothing new to an old robot like Prowl. The group knew how to follow instructions better than many of his own species. The ones that he'd had the displeasure of working with, anyway.
First order of business was the pre-flight preparation: Gathering everyone to a private location, making count of their assets, clearing and clarifying the roles each person had, and technical instruction. Specifically, instruction with regards to what they'd be looking for with the omni tool scanners, which consisted of a fairly narrow set of electronics parts. Parts that could be used to identify an explosive device.
The second purpose of this meeting was to get all the members of the team acquainted with each other. It was hardly enough time to become entirely cohesive, but if the trip went mostly according to plan, that shouldn't be an issue. With the shuttle transport arranged and set, all that was left was for them to board and begin.
(I'll be splitting up the event into 3-4 parts to be tagged into. Feel free to handwave stuff as it goes along!)

departure - 0/00:00:00
[They were finally off Omega, for the time being. But now the group was stuck in a confined space for a few hours while the shuttle made it's trip towards the debris field.]
[Prowl, for one, wasn't exactly the the friendliest company. He hovered(see: loomed) quietly by the shuttle's pilot chair, waiting to give Joker instructions as soon as they began to near their target. His mind was set on the job, and didn't appear to be in much of a mood for socializing.]
how am i the first one in here!

debris field - 0/04:41:25
[Perfect for an analysis from the distance. The debris field had been given a thorough scan from the shuttle and from Prowl himself, who had a reconstruction program. Though normally the process would only take a few minutes maximum, the complexity of the field delayed it for nearly an hour, would be how long he stayed magnetically planted to the shuttle's roof..]
[While his mind began to crunch the data he'd just absorbed, the green light was given for the spacewalkers to begin. Life lines were secured and comms were all opened before they were exposed. Time to scan for debris.]

omega-4 relay - 0/08:00:43
[Massive, bright, and imposing, the silhouette of the Omega-4 relay grew larger as the small shuttle began to make an approach run. The core fluctuated vibrantly. Was this a good idea after all?]
