Well. Lydia's lips purse when she sees the lurking figure emerge from the shuttle. She's not expecting to see him. She has every urge to go over to him and lecture him, but as she progresses through the train of thought that would result in a lecture she realizes how very little she has to go on for his involvement with everything that had been going on.
She recalls him killing Jackson, but Jackson ... he had accepted that. She knew that. It doesn't make it easier, but at least it removes some of the venom from her approach.
Which is why she's just standing off to the side and staring at him. If anyone is going to show up from the Hale family, she's just glad that it's not Peter that's arrived.
