You mean your omni-tool?
[Part of Liara isn't surprised that Hawke doesn't understand how to work it with how she's dressed. Today is just becoming more and more bizarre.]
You just touch it here to activate it, it's all touch activated.
[She'll show Hawke on her own wrist where the bracelet is located and then open up the omni-tool.]
As for where we are, it's a space station called Omega. It's known for being lawless and dirty.
