[Shepard doesn't have to check to see if Garrus hits his mark. He's Garrus Vakarian.

So as soon as the shot is heard, Shepard whips around his crate and launches his biotic charge at the center of the group. He goes for disruption, separating the group for the most part so he can take a single target out easily with his shotgun and give Garrus some easy shots as well.]
