[It's not really suspicious at all, especially not on Omega. People hanging out in dark alleys is a pretty common occurrence. Then again, that usually doesn't happen during a Reaper attack, so Shepard pauses at the entrances of the alley and calls out towards the shadowy figure at the other side.]
