Elena looks more puzzled than she did just a few seconds ago. Something she thought was entirely impossible, but there you have it anyway. She takes a small step back.
"You know, when I woke up this morning, I really didn't think I'd be falling in the middle of a sci-fi flick by lunchtime," she says, looking at her own Omni-Tool and trying to remember if and when she would have picked it up. There's, of course, nothing in her memory about that. She shakes her head a little, closing her eyes a moment. Maybe if she could just visualize home, she'd end up there. Of course, that far-fetched idea won't work even if instant travel into space and another dimension are apparently legitimate.
