Considering Benji made a habit out of people-watching, what South did definitely did not pass over her head. She'd been watching the blonde ever since she'd stepped away from the bar - and York, with which she seemed to have some sort of general acquaintance with - and once she saw that jerk bump into her, she pretty much knew what was going to happen before it even played out in front of her.
To say that she was impressed with what she saw, how the other woman defended herself would have been putting it mildly; but it was enough to get her moving from her current position and pretty much sliding over to where the other woman settled herself, placing her own drink on the table and looking as the guy writhed around on the floor in pain.
She huffed a laugh, pushing dark hair over her shoulder. "Not a fan of sorry pick-up lines, I take it?"
you do not, shh.
