"I know," she sighs, biting at her thumbnail. No, she can't really be mad at Arthur for this, not anymore. And she's already done being mad at Marco, she's told herself that. Yelling at the kid anymore than she had isn't going to help him, and that's what she decided to do, anyway. "I saw him, that day. I mean, it's not like he'd tell me all on his own."
She's glad it wasn't easy for him, in a way. It's not supposed to be easy for anybody, not at first. Just 'cause she can snap somebody's neck without blinking now doesn't mean it was always that way. She glances back at Arthur, her expression contrite. "Thanks for helpin' him. Sorry I blew up at you. It's just -- y'know, this place."
